You pro-actively ensure the Airbus Integrated Business Planning (IBP) digital transformation by defining the operational needs required to the new Version Planning toolsuite. ## Definition VIEThe Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. The solution will be implemented in the Cross-Programme Customization Planning Toolset (Click2Slot, Glo-VP).* You drumbeat the local development team on a weekly basis, ensuring the implementation of the solution according to the AGILE project schedule* You test the solution and make the necessary adaptations if required* You lead and align regular review meetings between A330/A350 Planning, A320 family Planning Teams and Development Teams by proposing harmonised ways of working.## Desired skills and qualifications* Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.* Languages: English & German (Fluent), French is a plus* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, able to anticipate challenges and develop strategies to resolve them proactively.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
