According Business France's eligibility conditions, the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals between theage of 18 and 28 who are European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Iceland und Liechtenstein)nationals.

The team and mission

As part of the IT department, the IT Risk, Trustee and Finance team is responsible for providing support and managing changes in the areas of finance, risk, trusteeship and cross-departmental activities.

In this context, your main missions will be:

• Business Analyst tasks for our internal clients, consisting of:
  • Clarifying client specific needs & requirements
  • Drawing up functional designs to be handed over for implementation to the developers
  • Testing
• Supporting the team in daily operations:
  • Incident Management
  • Root cause analysis
• Supporting in the complete planning and monitoring of projects
• Designing processes and workflows
• Coordinating general team topics
