The site of Ratingen based in Germany belongs to the Holding Division. We are looking for a VIE Quality Engineer for 12 months, within the team. Your challenges? You support the Group Customer Quality Network in coordinating weekly and monthly reporting.You assist the Group Customer Quality Director in achieving objectives and monitoring key performance indicators.You contribute to improving customer response performance across the organization.You support Customers and Warranty teams on specific and transversal projects.You help standardize reporting processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.You participate in the creation and implementation of new procedures.You assist in developing training plans and enhancing customer knowledge within the team.You provide data analysis and prepare reports for the Group Customer Quality Director.
