Through the pioneering development of our proprietary technologies, we contribute to the transformation of the energy industry, helping to preserve and protect our planet's atmosphere.Your main missions as Quality Specialist will be to :Contribute actively to the E&C Europe Integrated Management System compliance and improvement by :* following up the corrective actions at process level that have been defined during project capitalization, audits, root cause analysis, etc...* following quality KPIs and trends* participating to the process reviews meeting and ensuring the completion of the process dashboard by the process owners* taking part of the internal audits* supporting the planification and preparation of the ISO certification audits for Europe* organizing and participating to the Quality Awareness trainings* being a key actor of the Group Continuous Improvement Program through : - the continuous improvement projects follow-up : gathering the needs at process level through project charters and and following the deliverables as per budget - the roll out of the Group c-imp methodology and provide trainings to employees.Be a key enabler of the Group and E&C Governance Implementation by ensuring that our Document Management System is aligned , known and accessible :* supporting the Standards Administrator in the standard publication process* giving people all the necessary information related to the standard publication process to ensure it is properly applied across Europe entities.All these missions are carried out across the Europe entities of E&C EMEA i.e. E&C France, E&C Germany, E&C Poland**Education*** Master degree in Quality or QHSES Management**Soft and Hard Skills*** Knowledge of QHSE standards ISO 9001 and 45001* Team work in a multicultural environment* Analytical and problem solving skills* Rigour and attention to details* Interest in knowledge sharing and desire to mentor others* Strong drive to educate others on quality standards**Languages*** English fluency is Must have* French is Nice to have* German is Nice to haveThrough this mission you will :* get a strong experience in the fundamentals of a Quality Management System in an international context and the implementation of quality requirements at operational level.* interact with people from different countries and culture in an open minded environment.* work with all the other processes of the company (core business processes such as product development, proposal, project management, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning but also support processes like HR, finance, IT) this will enable you to discover other jobs and profiles.* have the opportunity to get Air Liquide Group internal certification for Continuous Improvement Methodology (White and Yellow Belt) and through this get the clue to optimize processes and avoid wastes.**Additional information** Please send your CV and motivation letter in English!Position open only for candidates eligible to the VIE program.
