With our business growing strongly across all areas and geographies, and our projects becoming larger and more complex, E&C EMEA’ Quality Assurance – Health, Safety, Environment, Security & Process Risk Management must continually adapt to meet new challenges. This ensures our ability to deliver safe installations aligned with E&C and Group standards, while protecting the health, safety and environment of our people during project execution. Consistent with the principles of the Group’s Program, we also aim to enhance competitiveness, simplify and harmonize our processes and act as one single EMEA organization capitalizing on the “One team” mindset to better serve our internal partners and customers.

The quality team is an international team of professionals with extensive experience in the Quality Management at system and operational level.

Your main missions as Quality System Specialist will be to :

Contribute actively to the E&C Europe Integrated Management System compliance and improvement by :

following up the corrective actions at process level that have been defined during project capitalization, audits, root cause analysis, etc...
following quality KPIs and trends
participating to the process reviews meeting and ensuring the completion of the process dashboard by the process owners
taking part of the internal audits
supporting the planification and preparation of the ISO certification audits for Europe
organizing and participating to the Quality Awareness trainings
being a key actor of the Group Continuous Improvement Program through :
- continuous improvement projects follow-up: gathering the needs at process level through project charters and and following the deliverables as per budget
- roll out of the Group c-imp methodology and provide trainings to employees
being a key enabler of the Group and E&C Governance Implementation by ensuring that our Document Management System is aligned, known and accessible :
- supporting the Standards Administrator in the standard publication process
- giving people all the necessary information related to the standard publication process to ensure it is properly applied across Europe entities.
