The Flight Physics capabilities domain is at the heart of aircraft architecture and integration. We develop and maintain world‑class software solutions for simulating a wide range of disciplines, including loads, mass properties, aerodynamics, handling characteristics and A/C performance. We recruit teammates who are enthusiastic, empathetic, curious, motivated, reliable and able to work effectively with a diverse team of colleagues.
You will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle from product definition and design to implementation, documentation and deployment. You will develop high‑quality code that is easy to maintain and modify, while translating complex business requirements into robust solutions. You will actively collaborate with various teams in Flight Physics to ensure their needs are met, taking pride in both the technical and operational impact of your work.
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international initiative sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment. It offers young professionals the chance to gain valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We seek highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 who are citizens of the European Union (including Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Candidates meeting these criteria and interested in a VIE should register before their 28th birthday on the website.
You will work at the largest production site for civil aircraft in Hamburg. Situated on the southern banks of the River Elbe, the site offers the option to commute by ferry. After hours you can enjoy Hamburg's vibrant cosmopolitan culture and nautical heritage.
