Job Description
- develop and maintain high‑quality software applications using various programming languages and frameworks
- collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and test new features
- participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure efficient performance
- contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies
- stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- document technical specifications and maintain clear, concise code documentation
- assist in the analysis and resolution of software‑related issues
Qualifications
- eligibility for the V.I.E program
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- experience with version control systems, preferably Git
- strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- knowledge of database management and SQL
- enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to changing requirements
- willingness to relocate to Manching, Germany for the duration of the program
- fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus
