Job Description

• develop and maintain high‑quality software applications using various programming languages and frameworks
• collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and test new features
• participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure efficient performance
• contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies
• stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• document technical specifications and maintain clear, concise code documentation
• assist in the analysis and resolution of software‑related issues

Qualifications

• eligibility for the V.I.E program
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• experience with version control systems, preferably Git
• strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• knowledge of database management and SQL
• enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to changing requirements
• willingness to relocate to Manching, Germany for the duration of the program
• fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus
