VIE Support Maintenance Program Deployment (MFD)

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

You will actively participate in supporting our sites by building, deploying, and maintaining their maintenance plans within MAXIMO. You will be the first line of contact for sites to support our standard maintenance tools. Working closely with local cluster maintenance and expert teams, you will adapt and correct existing maintenance measures and tools to continuously improve our maintenance standard. You will also be closely involved in assessing the status for the different sites and support the implementation of the spare part strategy: coding in Maximo or SA periodic status follow-up. You will translate our maintenance strategy into an effective and efficient plan for the sites, collect maintenance demands, update maintenance tools and plans to improve safety, reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Understand the maintenance needs from the site and cluster: what is missing to be compliant with group rules.
• Develop and optimize CMMS data, identify gaps between existing and mandatory data.
• Assist plants with CMMS application, evolve its functionalities, priority FIT initiatives.
• Support spare parts and inventory management strategy.

Location

This job is based in Dusseldorf, Germany with some travel to sites in Germany, Netherlands, Nordics, UK.

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in engineering such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or process engineering.

Skills

• Affinity with IT tools, interest in database systems (CMMS ERP).
• Technical understanding and the ability to quickly grasp new ideas combined with teamwork and communication skills.
• Technical knowledge.
• Patience and good communication ability to deal with multiple types of profiles.
• Ability to manage priorities and multiple interfaces.
• Enjoy traveling regularly (cluster contains 15 countries).

Nice to have

• Knowledge in SAP / Maximo is a plus.
