Virtual Assistant – Data Entry (Remote – Germany)

We are currently hiring Virtual Assistants with strong Data Entry skills
to support our global operations team — fully remote.

This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage data accurately while working in a flexible remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and spreadsheets
• Maintain and update records, files, and documentation
• Assist in daily operational tasks and administrative coordination
• Prepare simple reports, summaries, and data insights upon request
• Communicate with internal teams to follow up and verify information

Requirements:

• Experience in data entry or administrative support preferred
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Good English communication skills (German is a plus)
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets or similar tools
• Reliable, self-managed, and capable of working remotely
