About This Role

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation and shaping our product strategy to meet the highest standards of excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a compelling product roadmap, including pricing and marketing mix strategies.
• Manage the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and performance.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
• Develop business cases and plans for new product ideas, driving growth and innovation.
• Lead successful product launches and support sales teams with training, technical advice, and marketing materials.

Your Expertise

• Masters degree in Science, Engineering, Business with a highly technical focus, or a related field; PhD is an asset.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in high-tech industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across global teams.
• Fluent in English; German and French language skills are an advantage.
