What you'll do

  • Source and qualify leads to build a strong and consistent sales pipeline

  • Support founders in closing deals and managing key client relationships

  • Create and refine our sales playbook, developing repeatable processes that scale

  • Design and implement automations across our sales stack to improve efficiency and tracking

  • Develop sales content - from outreach sequences to pitch decks and case studies

  • Contribute to revenue operations (RevOps) by analyzing metrics, improving CRM hygiene, and streamlining data flows

  • Jump into new challenges, learn fast, and help make things happen

What we're looking for

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong academic performance, ideally from a top university

  • 1–2 internships or prior work experience in sales, startups, venture capital, consulting, or investment banking

  • Strong interest in B2B SaaS, startups, and revenue growth

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills — you're comfortable reaching out to people and building relationships

  • Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving

  • Solid grasp of technology and excitement to work hands-on with cutting-edge AI and automation tools

  • Self-starter with a bias for action, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Low-ego team player who's easy to work with and doesn't shy away from rolling up their sleeves for operational tasks

Bonus Points

  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, Notion, or n8n

  • Exposure to sales operations, CRM management, or data-driven growth

  • Ability to craft engaging sales materials and articulate a value proposition clearly

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
