Your Mission:

We’re looking for a Visual Designer (m/f/d) to shape and elevate the brand experience of Libra across all touchpoints. You’ll collaborate across teams, and create creative and functional designs that leave a lasting positive impression on our users. From first impression to long-term loyalty, your work will drive brand recognition, awareness, engagement and long-term impact.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute visual concepts across campaigns, platforms, and formats
• Translating strategy, data insights and UX into stunning interface designs, social media assets or new website landing pages
• Explore different ways of expressing brands and ideas through imagery, typography, and compositions.
• Making considered but bold decisions when to use the design system and when to create something new
• Partner with marketing managers, sales, performance marketing and engineers to create integrated campaigns
• Comfortable moving from concept to execution, transforming raw ideas into crafted, impactful visuals
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience as visual designer at an agency or renowned brand
• A strong portfolio (website or PDF) that demonstrates both conceptual thinking and visual craft
• Experience with designing marketing assets, websites, digital products
• Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams
• Confident using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Bonus: experience with no-code website tools
• Confident speaking in English; German is a plus
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
