Position: Visual Effects Specialist
Type: Part-time, project-based
Compensation: $40–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 3–5 weeks
Commitment: 10–15 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Create, render, and refine visual effects assets based on structured project briefs.
Integrate VFX into video or still content with accurate compositing, motion tracking, and color matching.
Ensure all produced work meets technical performance standards and visual cohesion guidelines.
Follow structured asset documentation processes to maintain consistent dataset quality.
Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and complete all deliverables on schedule.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in VFX creation using tools such as After Effects, Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D.
Proven ability to translate creative briefs into polished, technically accurate effects.
Strong skills in rendering, compositing, simulation, and effects integration.
Excellent attention to visual detail, realism, and consistency.
Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
