VMware Expert

Requirements:

• 5+ years professional experience, strong VMware project history, able to consult
• Deep expertise in VMware technologies: VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi VMware Clustering and High Availability (HA) concepts
• Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS), vMotion, Storage vMotion Strong knowledge in architecture & system design for VMware-based infrastructures.
• Hands-on experience with: Bladecenter, SAN/NAS storage integration into VMware environments
• Proven experience designing and deploying initial VMware clusters / reference architectures.
• Experience with documentation & guideline creation for scaling and extending infrastructure.
• Consultant should be experienced in high-availability environments
• Fluency in
  English
• Microsoft Licensing knowledge in a Data Center context (Windows Server, CALs, virtualization rights/entitlements). VMware Tanzu / Kubernetes or Cloud-Native knowledge. -
  Plus
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) in VMware environments. Monitoring & operational experience (Prometheus, vRealize, vROps). -
  Plus
• Certifications: VMware Certified Professional (VCP), VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP), or VMware Cloud certifications. ITIL knowledge for operational transitions. -
  Plus
• Networking concepts (VLAN, VXLAN, Distributed Switches, NSX-T beneficial but not mandatory) -
  Plus
• Fluency in German-
