Responsibilities:

1. First-Line Technical Support:
   • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues through tickets via our CRM system, telephone, live chat, and social media.
   • Troubleshoot technical problems, guide customers through solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
   • Maintain a calm and empathetic temperament while addressing customer concerns.
2. Self-Help Technical Support Content:
   • Create and publish self-help technical support content, such as FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
   • Update and improve existing content based on customer feedback and product updates.
   • Assist in creating written content and video tutorials.
   • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
3. Customer Collaboration and Social Media:
   • Engage with customers on social media to address feedback, questions, and concerns.
   • Actively participate in customer collaboration, responding to suggestions.
   • Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to the engineering and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
   • Build strong relationships with customers, super-partners, and distributors to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Excellent technical understanding of digital and analog mixers (Behringer WING, X32, and X AIR), PAs, stage boxes, live and studio audio gear.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently, autonomously, and as part of a team.
• Capability to convey complex technical solutions effectively to customers with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with software documentation tools, Microsoft Office, Teams, and MSD (Microsoft Dynamics) or similar CRM systems, or social media management tools is a plus.

Work Environment: You’ll be part of a small but highly collaborative team of around 30 individuals, including marketing and engineering professionals. While the main office is located near Duesseldorf, this is a remote position that allows work-from-anywhere flexibility.
