The **VP Commercial Strategy** will serve as the strategic business partner to Evotec’s **a specific business segment**, driving the development and execution of commercial strategies that accelerate growth, profitability, and strategic alignment across the business. The role is responsible for **shaping the product and service offering across standalone research services, integrated discovery and development programs, and strategic partnerships** — ensuring Evotec’s value proposition remains differentiated, scalable, and aligned with client needs and corporate goals. **Key Responsibilities** **Qualifications & Experience** 6-8 years of experience in **commercial strategy, corporate strategy, or business development within the CRO, CDMO, biotech, or pharma sector.** Experience in **portfolio design, pricing models, and offer structuring** (standalone, integrated, strategic alliances).
