We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader with extensive experience in supply chain, distribution, and omni-channel operations to join Pandora as VP, EMEA Omni Operations. This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of our largest Distribution Centre in a highly complex region, based in Hamburg, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global operations.
In this high-impact role, you will drive the development and execution of Pandora’s Global Operations Strategy, with a sharp focus on omni-channel excellence across the EMEA supply chain. You’ll lead a diverse portfolio of functions including Warehousing, Logistics & Planning, Operational Excellence, Customer Experience (B2B and B2C), and Trade & Customs. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering operational innovation, commercial growth, and quality customer service, responsible overall for 250 people on site and 7 direct reports.
