About the Role:

As Warehouse Coordinator, you are responsible for strategic & tactical management and development of the external warehouse providers. That includes conceptual decision taking and operational exception management.

Your Contribution:

• Strategic & tactical management of the warehouse providers based on a unified KPIs framework related to service, costs and Quality
• Identification and implementation of identified continuous improvement potentials
• Support of implementation and innovation projects related to new warehouse locations and concepts within the regional scope including GMP / GDP and launch management
• Act as the primary point of contact for structural warehouse-related inquiries from stakeholders
• Identify and resolve warehouse-related re‑occurring issues, such as delays, damaged goods, or damaged shipments

A Perfect Match:

• Training as a clerk for freight forwarding and logistics services and/or studies in the field of supply chain or logistics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in logistics, warehousing & transport, and coordinating logistics service providers
• Several years of experience in handling logistics metrics and logistics software
• Experience in defining and implementing logistics concepts
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
