Your mission

We are looking for a reliable and meticulous operations specialist to join our logistics team and ensure the smooth handling of all outbound deliveries. As part of our operational team, you will play a key role in making sure all goods are shipped on time and in perfect condition.

Responsibilities

Shipping Preparation: You are responsible for packaging and professionally labeling goods according to the relevant specifications
Outbound Inspection: You check the goods to be shipped for completeness and any potential damage
Shipping Documentation: You prepare and process the necessary shipping documents, delivery notes, and freight papers in alignment with the customs and transportation manager
Load Securing: You ensure that goods are properly secured for transport and that all loading regulations are followed
Collaboration: You work closely with the warehouse and relevant teams to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

Education: Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship in warehouse logistics or have a comparable qualification
Professional Experience: You have initial experience in warehouse and shipping operations
Technical Skills:
Warehouse Logistics: Basic knowledge of outbound goods and load securing
Experience with industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts) is a plus
Personal Skills:
Hands‑on mentality: You see the work and take action yourself
Meticulousness: You work precisely and reliably
Team Player: You are a communicative and collaborative team member
Physical Requirements:
This role involves regular lifting, standing, and movement of materials and equipment. Candidates must be physically capable of performing these essential tasks safely and consistently
Work Schedule:
This position requires flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, in accordance with German working time regulations
