Warehouse Employee (f/m/d)

For our Munich office, we are looking for a warehouse employee (f/m/d) in full time.

Responsibilities

Approx. 60% of working time:

• Manage incoming goods, including unpacking, quality control, and stocking
• Prepare materials and components for production orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
• Accurately communicate and document all relevant information, such as quality issues or missing parts, in a timely manner

Approx. 40% of working time:

• Assemble core components and cryostats, performing both mechanical and electrical tasks in accordance with production documentation
• Follow established procedures and workflows, including the use and administration of software tools
• Improve and update documentation as required, in collaboration with your managers
• Identify and report technical and organizational issues in a timely manner
• Provide support to the Assembly and Testing & Quality Control teams as required

Requirements

• Successfully completed training as a warehouse clerk, precision mechanic, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable technical field
• Professional experience in warehouse operations
• Professional experience in technical assembly
• Enjoys practical, hands‑on work
• Strong sense of independence, responsibility, and reliability
• Thorough and well‑structured working style
• Team‑oriented mindset with good collaboration skills
• Keen attention to detail and accurate documentation
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
