Warehouse Supervisor

(m/f/d) who takes ownership of operations and leads teams confidently in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily warehouse operations (inbound, picking, packing, outbound) Ensure smooth processes and achievement of key KPIs (e.g. productivity, accuracy, SLA) Team Leadership Lead, schedule, and develop operational staff Support onboarding and provide hands-on coaching on the shopfloor Process Improvement Identify optimization potential and implement efficient workflows and SOPs Quality & Performance Monitor quality standards and error rates Analyze performance data and derive actionable improvements Stakeholder Management Collaborate closely with internal teams (transport, customer service, management) Handle operational escalations in a structured and solution-oriented way

Your Profile Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations First leadership experience is a plus Hands-on mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of KPIs and operational processes Good knowledge of MS Excel and WMS systems Fluent German (C1/C2) – required for daily communication with the operational team on the shopfloor Fluent English (C1) – required for collaboration with international stakeholders
