Job Description
The main responsibility of this role is to provide on-site support for Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations and associated hardware. This includes supporting system configuration, user access management, troubleshooting WMS-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of devices such as RF scanners, tablets, label printers, mobile devices, and other OT equipment.
This position requires strong knowledge of laptop setup, Ubuntu and Microsoft operating systems. Solid desktop expertise with Ubuntu and modern managed devices is also required.
A good understanding of common PC peripherals and warehouse OT equipment including printers mice external drives RFID/Bluetooth scanners tablets vehicle-mounted terminals and label printers is necessary.
