For our location in Berlin, we are looking for additional support in providing guarantees to our customers and service providers.

Responsibilities

• You provide solutions: obtaining quotes, hiring tradespeople, and keeping an eye on everything.
• You plan and coordinate appointments so that everyone involved is perfectly coordinated.
• You are the first point of contact for defect reports during the warranty period: you accept them, record them electronically, and forward them reliably.
• You communicate clearly and friendly – in writing and verbally – with our customers.
• You monitor the processing of defects , carry out inspections, and ensure that everything is completed without defects.
• You accompany apartment inspections and carefully document all processes.
• You work closely with construction management, project management, and specialist planners to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You handle correspondence with insurance companies and also keep an eye on legal issues.

Requirements for the position

• Your foundation: a completed commercial apprenticeship with technical understanding – or a technical apprenticeship with commercial know‑how.
• Experience counts: Several years of professional experience in the construction industry make you a pro.
• Service is your thing: you are service‑oriented and always have an open ear for our customers.
• Communication is your strength: you are confident and persuasive with clear language.
• You can negotiate: You achieve your goals with skill and assertiveness.
• You like to take on responsibility: Reliability is a matter of course for you.
• Organization is your strength: you work in a structured and independent manner.
• You are digitally savvy: You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Linguistically flexible: Good English skills are a plus.
