As Website & Content Manager, you own the strategy, structure, and performance of our website and digital content ecosystem. You ensure that our content is clear, consistent, discoverable, and aligned with business objectives — across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑driven discovery experiences. Working cross‑functionally with marketing, product, design, and regional teams, you drive a scalable, high‑quality web experience that supports growth and engagement.

Website Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end management of the website, including information architecture, navigation, templates, and page performance
  • Manage content workflows, updates, releases, and governance within the CMS
  • Ensure quality, accessibility, usability, and consistency across all pages and user journeys
  • Continuously improve site structure to support scalability and future growth
  • Develop and execute a clear, audience‑focused web content strategy aligned with brand and business goals
  • Plan, create, edit, and publish high‑impact content that drives engagement and conversion
  • Maintain content standards, voice, and editorial guidelines across markets
  • Audit, refine, and optimize existing content to improve clarity, relevance, and effectiveness
  • Optimize content for SEO and AI‑driven search experiences
  • Apply best practices for structured content, metadata, and semantic clarity
  • Monitor search trends, user intent, and algorithm developments to increase visibility
  • Ensure content is discoverable across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging platforms

Performance & Continuous Optimization

  • Track website and content performance using analytics and reporting tools
  • Translate data insights into actionable improvements and prioritization decisions
  • Run content experiments (A/B tests, UX improvements) to enhance user experience and conversion
  • Establish performance benchmarks and continuously drive measurable impact

Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with marketing, design, product, and regional teams to support campaigns, launches, and strategic initiatives
  • Translate business objectives into clear, compelling website experiences
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert for web strategy, content best practices, and search optimization
  • Align stakeholders around content governance and scalable processes

Your Skills:

  • Proven experience managing websites in a CMS‑driven environment
  • Strong writing, editing, and content structuring capabilities
  • Solid understanding of SEO and modern search behavior, including AI‑assisted discovery
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands‑on in execution
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics and performance metrics
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing multi‑market or localized websites
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
  • Understanding of structured data, semantic search, or content modeling principles
