Your Role

As a Content Moderator, you will review and monitor social media content, enforce policies, and handle sensitive issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Review content within agreed Service Levels and quality standards

Monitor user behavior and escalate issues as needed

Apply client guidelines consistently across diverse content

Maintain high standards of quality and confidentiality

Qualifications

Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2) verbal and written

College degree or equivalent diploma

Experience in content moderation or e-commerce preferred

Available for 24/7 rotating shifts

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising
