Your Role

As a Content Moderator, you will review and monitor social media content, enforce policies, and handle sensitive issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Review content within agreed Service Levels and quality standards
• Monitor user behavior and elevate issues as needed
• Apply client guidelines consistently across diverse content
• Maintain high standards of quality and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2) verbal and written
• College degree or equivalent diploma
• Experience in content moderation or e-commerce preferred
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising
