Die Abteilung „Industrial Engineering – Measurement and Automation“ beschäftigt sich innerhalb der HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH mit den Aufgabenschwerpunkten Automatisierung und Digitalisierung der Produktion, Produktionsanlaufplanung, Spezifikation, Planung und Realisierung von Produktions-Anlagen und –Fertigungslinien, Prüfständen, Einführung Innovativer Fertigungstechnologien, Mitarbeit beim Design von neuen Produkten mit dem Ziel der effizienten und kostengünstigen Produzierbarkeit.

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der Fertigungsingenieure im Bereich Operations
• Mitarbeit bei der Programmierung zur Vernetzung von Prüf- und Justageständen, einschließlich der Kommunikation mit SAP
• Unterstützung bei der Serienbetreuung und -überwachung
• Pflege des SAP-Systems: Anlegen von Materialnummern und Einpflegen von Dokumenten
• Unterstützung bei der Programmierung von Prüfprogrammen sowie der Ansteuerung von Hardware
• Bereitstellung von Equipment für Montage, Prüfung und Justage der Produkte
• Unterstützung bei der Kalibrierung und Optimierung von Prüf- und Justageständen
• Mitwirkung an der Produktionsautomatisierung und Sicherstellung der technischen Verfügbarkeit der Systeme

Dein Profil

• Immatrikulierte Studierende idealerweise aus den Bereichen Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Optoelektronik
• Grundkenntnisse in SAP sind von Vorteil
• Technische Ausbildung und erste Erfahrung im produktionsnahen Umfeld wünschenswert
• Grundkenntnisse in Programmierung (z.B. Python, AutoIT oder ähnliche Sprachen)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen
• Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Eigenständiges Handeln und Begeisterung für technische sowie organisatorische Aufgaben
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
