About the Role

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution and optimisation of online marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, email, SEA).
• Assist with lead generation and qualification for our sales teams.
• Support product development through market analyses and customer feedback.
• Maintain and analyse customer data in the CRM system to optimise the customer journey and increase satisfaction.
• Create and evaluate performance reports for marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a study programme in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• Initial experience in marketing or a related area is an advantage.
• Proficient with standard office tools; experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and good understanding of digital trends and technologies.
• Independent, structured working style and a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
