Werkstudent (w/m/d) Change & Configuration Management – Siemens Mobility

Siemens Mobility is an autonomous company of the Siemens AG and has been a leading provider in the mobility field for over 160 years. Our core business includes rail vehicles, train automation and electrification solutions, turnkey systems and related services. We are always innovative to make travel faster, safer and more comfortable, and now need new solutions for climate change and growing population numbers worldwide.

Responsibilities

Prepare the Change‑Control board by checking change requests in SAP for data completeness and, if necessary, keep communication with requestors.
Create PowerPoint presentations in German and English for stakeholders (e.g., project managers) on new change requests and update SAP data accordingly.
Support the creation, evaluation and adjustment of change and configuration data for vehicles.
Contribute to creative solution finding for existing challenges and to the development of new approaches to process optimization.

Qualifications

Studying in a technical program; available 15–20 h/week long‑term.
Strong Excel skills and first experience with common AI applications.
Experience with SAP, UiPath or Power BI is advantageous.
Creative and innovative mindset for developing new solutions.
Communicative with a structured working style.
Good German and English language skills.
