Working Student (Digital) Marketing (m/f/x), Greater Munich area

Business Transformation & Architecture (BT&A) – Middle & Eastern Europe

We are seeking a working student to support the BT&A Communications & Marketing team. The position focuses on internal and external communication, marketing collateral creation, event support, and digital content management.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external communication (newsletters, blog posts, SAP News Center), coordinating with authors and external agencies.
• Create and adapt marketing documents and presentations while adhering to SAP corporate identity and brand guidelines.
• Support campaigns and events, such as ordering print materials at the in‑house printer.
• Maintain the intranet web presence using Microsoft SharePoint.
• Organize internal events and workshops for the BT&A MEE Communications teams.
• Provide administrative support to the BT&A MEE Communications team.
• Creative tasks such as image and video editing (depending on personal interests and experience).
• Preferred start: January 2026; working hours as agreed with the team.

Qualifications

• Student (w/m/d) in Business Administration, International Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Media Management, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Experience in marketing or sales departments.
• Strong analytical, strategic or creative skills.
• Advanced MS‑Office skills (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with content‑management systems (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint) is a plus.
• Fluent English; German B2/C1.
• Soft skills: enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment.
• Must be reliable, autonomous, flexible and goal‑oriented.
• Work located in Garching, Munich.

Work Conditions

Part‑time, temporary; preferred start in January 2026. Remote work possible with team agreement.
