Werkstudent (w/m/d) Human Resources & Compensation

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Werkstudenten/eine Werkstudentin (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Human Resources & Compensation Teams in München mit einer Arbeitszeit von 20 Stunden pro Woche.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Unterstützung des Teams bei der täglichen und operativen Personalarbeit (z.B. Erstellung aller Vertragsdokumente, Zeugnisse, Compliance-Berichte, etc.)
• Übernahme des Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus von Werkstudentinnen und Werkstudenten, vom Recruiting über das Onboarding bis hin zur Studentenbetreuung und dem Offboarding
• Erstellen und Ausschreiben von Stellenanzeigen über SAP SuccessFactors, einschließlich Bewerberprüfung und Vorauswahl
• Unterstützung der Vergütungsverwaltung und der Datenpflege
• Beteiligung an einer Vielzahl von HR-bezogenen Aktivitäten, insbesondere an Vergütungsprojekten

Anforderungen/Fähigkeiten/Erfahrungen

• Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Wirtschaft, Personalwesen oder ähnlichen Studiengängen
• Analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz mit ausgeprägter Liebe zum Detail
• Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Daten und MS Office, insbesondere in Excel
• Proaktive und selbständige Arbeitsweise
• Kenntnisse des SAP HCM-Systems wären von Vorteil
• Fließend in Deutsch & Englisch
