Salary Range

€16 per hour, 15–20 hours per week. Full‑time placement after graduation may be possible.

Role Overview

As a Werkstudent in Customer Success you work directly with the Customer Success Manager team on active client projects, gaining insights into the daily operations of the startup.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding of new customers, including setting up customer accounts in our software.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email.
• Support the Customer Success Team with project‑based tasks and manage sub‑projects to improve communication and collaboration.
• Provide feedback and help optimize existing processes.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a bachelor or master student for at least the next 6–12 months.
• Strong communication skills, proactive and able to take initiative.
• Fluent in German (native level) and English (C1/C2).
• Technical affinity, especially in software/SaaS contexts.
• Previous internship or Werkstudent experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Jira, Notion, Slack, Loom, ChatGPT, or the Google Suite is advantageous.
