Werkstudent:in Event Management - E-Mobility (all genders)

What you will do

As a Working Student in Event Management , you will support our team with a variety of projects related to the planning, organization, and execution of events and trade shows. You will conduct research, coordinate with service providers, partners, and internal teams, and gain valuable insights into professional event management. In doing so, you contribute to the efficient and successful implementation of our events.

• Plan, organize, and assist with events and trade shows, including logistics and booth setup
• Coordinate with service providers, partners, and internal teams
• Maintain project plans, guest lists, and budgets
• Support marketing and communication activities (e.g., presentations, social media, newsletters)
• Assist with post-event follow-up, documentation, and feedback analysis

Your profile

• Enrolled student in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
• Highly organized, structured, independent, and hands-on
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with tools like Monday, HubSpot, or Confluence is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid Class B driver’s license
