You will be a passionate advocate for operational efficiency, using strong analytics and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Working Students will work with dedicated mentors who guide their development within Amazon’s culture of ownership and excellence.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with different internal stakeholders to improve the programme’s offering and benefit our customers.
  • Work on one or several projects with your hiring team, tracking open actions, conducting deep dives, providing data insights, analysing processes to identify critical points, and anticipating risks.
  • Support the team in recommending and executing network improvements.
  • Contribute innovative, long‑term solutions that benefit the entire team.

Internship Start Dates

We are hiring interns with flexible start dates from January through July.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Currently in your penultimate year and working towards a university bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, project management, business management or a similar discipline.
  • Available for part‑time work (20 hours/week) lasting 6–12 months with a start date between January and July.
  • Proficient in spoken and written German and English (Common European Framework of Reference C1).
  • Analytical skills with advanced level in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.
