RPTU Kaiserslautern‑Landau seeks a dedicated scientist for a 4‑year (extendable) position starting in Kaiserslautern. The role is full‑time, in the Faculty of Economics, with compensation at Entgeltgruppe 13 TV‑L.
Join the Chair for Personnel Management, Leadership and Organisation – a hub of research on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, innovation, demography, diversity and corruption prevention in organisations. The Chair combines research, teaching and industry collaboration, and welcomes a new colleague to strengthen its team.
Job responsibilities :
- Design, conduct and write up empirical research projects on Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior; prepare conference presentations and publish in international journals. A doctoral or post‑doctoral qualification is strongly desired.
- Contribute to curriculum development, delivery of business‑administration courses in HRM and OB, and student supervision.
- Participate in the academic self‑governance of the Chair.
Qualifications :
- Completed master or equivalent degree with a strong economics or social‑science focus.
- For the post‑doc track: finished or in‑progress PhD in HRM, OB or work and organisational psychology.
- Solid knowledge of HRM and OB concepts.
- Proficiency in quantitative research, data analysis and statistical software (R, SPSS/AMOS, Stata).
- Excellent German and English written and spoken skills.
- Strong enthusiasm for empirical research and academic writing.
- Motivation for innovative, digitally supported university teaching.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- High commitment, performance orientation and willingness to learn.
- Self‑directed, structured, collaborative and engaged working style.
