We are looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking Sales Representative to join our growing team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to business growth in a dynamic, international environment. This position is ideal for sales-driven professionals who enjoy working with customers and achieving measurable results.
Proactively identify and engage potential customers via phone, email, and other channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Accurately document activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales (marketing experience is a strong plus)
Dutch proficiency at C1 level and English at B2 level
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work on-site in Berlin
Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
Relocation support:
Up to €1,500 for candidates relocating from outside Germany
Up to €700 for candidates relocating within Germany (minimum 100 km distance to Berlin)
