Dutch-Speaking Sales Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking Sales Representative to join our growing team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to business growth in a dynamic, international environment. This position is ideal for sales-driven professionals who enjoy working with customers and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers via phone, email, and other channels

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

• Accurately document activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales (marketing experience is a strong plus)

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level and English at B2 level

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work on-site in Berlin
