WM Reply GmbH is seeking a Junior Technical Consultant / Developer (m/w/d) specializing in Microsoft 365 Customization .

Responsibilities

• Assist colleagues in advising leading companies on projects related to Employee Experience, Collaboration , and Modern Workplace .
• Work with your team to create innovative concepts for tailored customer solutions based on Microsoft Cloud Technologies .
• Develop custom apps and modules when standard functions are insufficient and integrate them into the overall solution.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university studies in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Interest in agile methods and DevOps .
• Knowledge of .NET and C# and some experience with JavaScript frameworks (React / Vue.js / Angular / Node.js) are advantageous.
• Skills in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Power Apps) make your application particularly interesting.
• Fluent in German and English , both spoken and written.
