Job Summary:
As a WordPress Developer, you will design and implement user-centric, multichannel digital solutions for large B2B and B2C clients. You'll collaborate closely with customers to create tailored web applications from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Design and develop user-friendly, responsive websites using WordPress
• Implement multichannel strategies aligned with client needs
• Collaborate in the design phase to define technical solutions
• Develop custom themes, plugins, and APIs as required
• Work with databases and ensure seamless data integration
• Engage with clients during analysis, feedback, and delivery phases
• Manage projects across the entire software development lifecycle

Required Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with custom theme and plugin development
• Familiarity with database management (e.g., MySQL)
• Knowledge of multichannel content strategies
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Experience

• Experience working with large B2B or B2C clients
• Demonstrated ability to manage full software development lifecycle

Project & Team environment
You’ll work in a collaborative team environment consisting of developers, designers, and project managers. Teams are typically small to mid-sized and follow agile principles. Close collaboration with clients is a core part of the role, including participation in early design and analysis stages.
