Die Gelegenheit (1 Offene Stelle):
Diese Rolle im Büro bietet praktische Erfahrung in den Kerndienstleistungen des Finanzwesens, wie Auftragserfassung, Rechnungsstellung, Nachverfolgung von Forderungen und Kontenabstimmungen. Kandidaten sollten über fundierte Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung/Finanzen verfügen und mit ERP-Systemen vertraut sein. Der Arbeitsplan ist von Montag bis Freitag, 09:00 bis 18:00 Uhr, mit Wochenenden (Samstag und Sonntag) frei.

Relocation und Reise nach Porto:
Umzugshilfe wird für Kandidaten aus dem Ausland angeboten. Das Standard-Relocation-Paket beinhaltet eine Shared-Housing-Lösung (gemeinsame Unterkunft) in Porto. Darüber hinaus bieten wir für Kandidaten, die von außerhalb Portugals umziehen, eine Erstattung der Flugkosten (bis zu 400 in der Economy Class) am Ende des 6. Monats des Vertrages an. Bitte beachten Sie, dass für alle Neueinstellungen ab dem 1. Dezember die Flugkostenerstattung bei Ankunft nicht mehr gewährleistet wird. Der Auftraggeber wird jedoch weiterhin Unterkunft für umziehende Kandidaten anbieten.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Finanztransaktionen: Genaue Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Finanztransaktionen.
• Inkasso-Support: Unterstützung bei der Nachverfolgung von Forderungen und grundlegenden Inkassoaktivitäten.
• Abstimmung: Unterstützung des Teams bei regelmäßigen Kontenabstimmungen.
• Betrieb vor Ort: Aufrechterhaltung einer professionellen und kollaborativen Präsenz im Büro in Porto während der normalen Geschäftszeiten.

Was Sie Mitbringen Sollten:

• Sprachkenntnisse: Native oder quasi-native Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache (C2) und C1-Englischkenntnisse sind obligatorisch.
• Erfahrung: Erfahrung oder fundierte Grundkenntnisse in Finanzen, Buchhaltung oder Audit.

We are hiring one German-speaking Junior Financial Specialist to join our Financial Operations (F&A) team. This is a crucial, full-time, non-remote role based entirely in our Porto office. This is an ideal position for candidates seeking growth in finance operations, and we provide relocation support to help you settle in Porto.

The Opportunity (1 Position Open): This in-office role provides hands-on experience covering core financial duties such as order entry, billing, collections follow-up, and account reconciliations. Candidates should possess strong accounting/finance knowledge and be familiar with ERP systems. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) off.

Relocation and Travel to Porto: Relocation assistance is provided for candidates coming from abroad. The standard relocation package includes a shared housing solution (accommodation) in Porto. For candidates relocating from outside Portugal, we offer airfare reimbursement (up to 400 in economy class) at the end of the 6th month of the contract. Please note that for all hires effective from the 1st of December onwards, flight ticket reimbursement will no longer be provided upon arrival. Client will, however, continue to offer accommodation to relocating candidates.

What You Will Do:

• Financial Transaction: Accurately handle and process financial transactions, including order entries and invoicing.
• Collections Support: Assist in collections follow-up and basic collections activities.
• Reconciliation: Support the team in periodic account reconciliations.
• In-Office Operations: Maintain a professional and collaborative presence in the Porto office during standard business hours.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in German (C2) and C1 English are mandatory.
• Experience: Experience or strong foundational knowledge in finance, accounting, or audit.
• Work Arrangement: Must be willing to relocate and work full-time on-site in Porto.
