Global People Sphere is hiring a German‑speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to support high‑potential companies in the German market.

About the Role

As an Onboarding Account Manager you will bring new clients into the Google Ads platform, build and optimize high‑performing PPC campaigns, and provide strategic consulting across the German market to drive growth and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients onto the Google Ads platform.
• Build, launch and continuously optimize strategic Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct outbound calls and guide customers through the onboarding process.
• Understand client goals and propose tailored solutions; drive budget growth and upselling.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and manage a high volume of client accounts.
• Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for expansion.

What You Bring

• Fluency in German (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Over 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or account management.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing technologies, and AI tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the German market, culture, GDPR regulations, and business practices.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.

Compensation & Relocation Support

• Base Salary (Gross) : German Market Package – Minimum €24,310 • Maximum €30,000
• Bonus Structure : Minimum up to €3,500 • Maximum up to €4,290
• Relocation Support : 1 month of accommodation provided in Barcelona.
