Position: Customer Support Representative Location: Remote in Portugal Market: German-Speaking Your Main Responsibilities As part of the Customer Service Operations team, you will: Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and callsHandle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete servicesCall users to speed up case resolution and improve communicationPerform back-office tasks that may involve outbound callsConduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer successMaintain accurate records using CRM toolsAchieve performance goals and respect deadlinesProvide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed Salary Package With & Without Accommodation Whats Offered Salary: Up to 1,300 + performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year)Relocation Support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad) Accommodation Option: Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months Rent: 280/month, all utilities included (deducted from payslip) Working Conditions 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break22 vacation days per yearIf you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day Why Portugal?
