We are looking for German‑speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations & International Support while working in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote in Portugal
Market: German‑Speaking

Your Main Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
• Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
• Perform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound calls
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
• Provide operational feedback and elevate cases when needed

Salary Package With & Without Accommodation

• Salary: Up to 1,300 + performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year)
• Relocation Support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad)

Accommodation Option

Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months
Rent: 280/month , all utilities included (deducted from payslip)

Working Conditions

• 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break
• 22 vacation days per year
• If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day
