Position: Customer Support – German & English

Location: Athens, Greece

Work Model: Remote (relocation included)

Contract: Project-based / Fixed-term

Salary: €1,200 – €1,300 gross per month (depending on the project); paid 14 times per year.

Bonus: Additional performance-based bonus depending on the project.

Relocation Package Included: We support your move to Greece with relocation bonus including flight tickets, accommodation support or housing assistance, support with local documentation and setup, and paid training upon arrival.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support customers via phone, chat, and/or email
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow project guidelines and quality standards

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C2 level)
• Good level of English (B2 level)
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Customer support experience is a plus
