Position: Customer Support – German & English

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote (relocation included)
Contract: Project-based / Fixed-term

Salary:

• €1,200 – €1,300 gross per month (depending on the project)
• Paid 14 times per year

Bonus:

• Additional performance-based bonus depending on the project

Your Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, chat, and/or email
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow project guidelines and quality standards

Requirements

Fluency in German (C2 level)
Good level of English (B2 level)
Strong communication skills
Customer-focused mindset
Customer support experience is a plus
