Workday Functional Consultant

This is a permanent role based in
Germany
, largely remote, with client travel as required.

Workday Functional Consultant – Requirements:

• Strong Workday functional knowledge gained within consulting or an in-house environment, including hands-on project delivery and configuration
• A flexible skillset and mindset suited to a varied role spanning both Workday implementations and AMS work
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support an international enterprise client base
• Professional German language skills, with the ability to engage confidently with German-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Specialist knowledge in at least one, and ideally more, of the following:
  Workday Recruiting Workday Learning, Workday Talent
• Collaborative, organised and client-focused approach
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a desire to continuously learn and grow
• Eligibility to work in Germany without visa restrictions

As a
Workday Functional Consultant
, you will play a key role across both customer implementations and ongoing AMS support. You will work closely with international clients to deliver high-quality Workday solutions, contributing across the full lifecycle from design and configuration through to deployment, optimisation and support. The role offers genuine variety, combining project delivery with longer-term client partnership and system evolution.
