Full-Time | Remote | EMEA

Albida is growing, and we’re looking for a Workday Data Consultant to join our dynamic Data Team! You will be supporting tenant building, tenant migrations, data migration, and data conversion.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support Workday data workstreams across implementation and optimisation projects
• Own data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and migration activities
• Build tenants
• Advise clients on best-practice data strategies within Workday
• Drive continuous improvements in our data processes and tools

What We’re Looking For:

• Workday Data Certification (mandatory)
• Advanced data conversion certification
• Proven experience delivering Workday data migrations or data-heavy Workday projects
• Strong understanding of data structures, mapping, and validation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional, multicultural team
