Join Our Team as a Workday Engagement Manager! Are you an experienced Workday Engagement Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? Albida are currently recruiting for an Engagement Manager to support our growing team and upcoming project work. We invite applications from Partner-Certified Workday Engagement Managers who have experience in end-to-end implementation projects. Our team specialises in providing innovative Workday solutions tailored to meet (and exceed!) our clients' unique requirements. As a valued member of Albida, you will have the opportunity to lead on diverse, exciting and challenging projects, leveraging your expertise in both project management and the Workday system. Requirements:Workday Partner Certification in Engagement Management or any other Tier 1 ERP system (any additional certifications would be considered an asset).At least 4 years of experience leading end-to-end deployment projects at a Workday Partner or for a similar Tier 1 ERP.Proficiency in leading teams to implement and configure Workday/ERP functionalities.Strong understanding of client requirements and the ability to translate them into effective solutions.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, as a leader, and with clients of varying seniority levels. Responsibilities:Engage in end-to-end Workday implementation and optimisation programmes.Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.Provide guidance and support to project teams.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation as necessary.
