Workday System and Reporting Specialist (f/m/d)

We’re looking for a Workday System and Reporting Specialist (f/m/d) to strengthen our People Systems Team within People Operations . In this role, you’ll design, optimize, and innovate Workday solutions that make our people processes smarter and more efficient.

Your Impact

• Be the Expert: Own Reporting, Analytics and Dashboards set-up in workday. Ensure smooth implementation and configuration.
• Drive Projects: Support the Workday Product Owner and the team for our Workday suite, including HCM set-up, security, other Workday products (e.g. LMS, Skills, Time Tracking)
• Consult & Implement: Translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver configurations that align with company goals.
• Solve & Support: Provide hands‑on technical support and resolve user issues quickly.
• Test & Document: Create test plans and maintain clear documentation for system configurations and integrations.

2+ years of Workday experience in development and configuration

• Expertise in Reporting & Dashboards and HCM modules
• Bonus: Knowledge of Security, Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Learning, or Recruiting
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent English (German is a plus)
