We are looking for a Working Student Audit (m/f/d), based in Munich.

The Impact You Will Have
As a Working Student in Data Analytics, your role involves coordinating key activities within Internal Audit. You'll be responsible for supporting audit scoping, sample selection, and using data analytics techniques for automated sample testing. These tasks span both IT and non-IT audit areas and contribute to international audit teams. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in implementing improvements and enhancing overall Data Analytics maturity. Your focus will include Governance and organization, Data access/quality, and IT architecture and applications. This hands-on experience will provide valuable insights into the dynamic field of data analytics within the context of internal audit processes.

Some Of Your Specific Responsibilities Could Include

• Support audit fieldwork using data analytics techniques.
• Collaborate with international audit teams for data analytics tasks, throughout the audit process.
• Assist in scoping and sample selection for audits, and document test cases for future use, such as closing findings or re-audits.
• Manage data access and relationships with the business, identifying relevant datasets and coordinating access with the business and data office.
• Contribute to increasing data analytics maturity in Internal Audit across various dimensions.

What You'll Bring To The Role

• Relevant field of study: Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics.
• Basic understanding of audit principles.
• General understanding of Information Technology (IT) concepts.
• Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively with international audit teams.
• Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing in English

• Duration at least 6 months (preferably longer)
• 20 hours/week
• Enrollment at the university/college is a prerequisite for the duration of employment.
