Our team at the BMW Group Financial Services is dedicated to driving business development for B2C and B2B customers. We support global markets from our Munich headquarters and enable innovative solutions in the automotive finance industry. As a Working Student, you will support us in shaping the future of financial services.

What awaits you?

• You will support the Business Development team for central BMW Group Financial Services.
• Furthermore, you will help to plan and conduct international trainings and workshops.
• In addition, you will gain in-depth knowledge on a focus topic by contributing to a project, supported by mentorship and regular exchange.
• Moreover, you will be involved in the complete process and gain hands-on experience in a highly international environment.
• You will benefit from a strong culture of exchange and curiosity across departments.
• Furthermore, your support in day-to-day operations will round off your diverse field of tasks.
• In addition, you will help the team to work in a more digital and dynamic way using technology and AI.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in business administration, marketing, business psychology or a comparable field.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Copilot.
• Strong interest in new technologies, digitalisation and AI.
• Passion for organisation and event management.
• Teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent German and English skills.
